ADULT BEHIND-THE-WHEEL INSTRUCTION INDIVIDUALIZED INSTRUCTIONS FOR ADULTS REFRESHER   COURSE FOR SENIORS IN-CAR REFRESHER LESSONS FOR SENIOR CITIZENS


Price for the full teen course is $325. Classes are held in room 194 at Hartford Union High School.

Signing Up

To sign up for A-ALERT DRIVING SCHOOL, LLC, Hartford High School Classes please do the following:

1.    Fill out(please include full first name, middle initial and last name), Sign, Date and Print 2 copies of the HUHS Online Contract. Make sure your printer is set to print this on one page. Send both copies to A-ALERT DRIVING SCHOOL, LLC 1116 WALNUT STREET, WEST BEND WI 53095. **The Student will not be enrolled until we receive these.

2.   Be sure to include payment with your contract. We will accept an online payment via PayPal, a Money Order, or check. Please specify payment type on the contract by checking the appropriate "Payment Included" box. Make sure to put beginning class date and location(Ex. HUHS, WBHS,Slinger, Wash St.) at top of contract (for dates scroll down)

3.  To pay online,click on the appropriate pay now button below, this will take you to paypal. Also if using a business account to pay please include your name in paypal, so we know who the payment belongs to.

4. If you would like us to contact you about signing up or have additional questions, please Go to Contact Us or call us. (this is not the online contract, do not send this if you don't need us to contact you ) If signing up for a class that begins in a week or less please contact us at 338-6992, so we can have everything ready for your student .
